Race Photos:

We got to the race real early since the kids were kind of tired.  It was also very cold that day by Florida standards.  It started out in the low 50's and as the race went on it dropped to about 30 degrees.  Now, that is not much when you live in Illinois, but when all of your winter clothing is either in storage or has been given away and all you have are some sweatshirts, it can get real cold.  There is a lot of truth to the saying "There is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing."

In any case, we sat done and got ready for the race to begin.  Some of these photos show some empty stands, but by race time,1/2 of the stadium was mostly full.
